To create this workshop content, duration and outcomes, a consultation with the client about what is happening, what they want to see change and how they want to proceed is required. 

This consultation is typically done by phone in the first instance and then a framework for the workshop is presented to the decision makers for consultation via Teams.  

Aspects that need consideration include your organisation's direction, changes, previous training on issues such as psycho-social risks and responses and outcomes required.
