For successful integration of the Mental Health Response Box into your workplace, communication is key. When staff and workers do not know it is available for anyone, they might not be aware they can actually pick it up and use it. Successful roll out includes information meetings with management, Q & A sessions and company-wide emails. By placing the toolbox in areas where staff have access such as staff rooms, lunch rooms, next to the coffee machine, at reception, waiting rooms, crib huts and mess areas employees have the opportunity to read and incorporate their learnt knowledge throughout the workplace.
