Individual Mental Health Education Session

GP’s may have only limited minutes to discuss mental health issues and that is why we have developed INDIVIDUAL Mental Health Education Sessions. It is not about counselling or therapy.
An Individual Mental Health Education Session is a one off education and information giving session, at your location, given as a starting point for your questions and concerns.
Expect 1.5 hours of:
· Understanding · Information · Appropriate advice · Your questions answered · Direction
This is a one off education session! You can then make informed choices.
This is excellent education to help you, your family member or friend, to understand mental health problems in a totally non-judgemental way.
The person delivering this service to you will be a trained mental health educator with personal experience as a past mental health consumer or carer.
With the Brain Ambulance, you can expect knowledge and understanding to be delivered through EXPERIENCE.
